The Stevens Creek Striders is holding a “Yoga for Runners” workshop on Jan 12, 2014. This workshop is 90 minutes in length and covers the essential stretches and breathing exercises to help runners feel loose and limber. No prior experience with yoga is required and all levels of strength/flexibility are welcome (including those that think they are not flexible!).
The teacher, Hema Ganapathy, is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and is the founder of Hema Yoga.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and although mats and blocks will be provided, you can bring your own if you choose.
Please show up 15 mins before the start of class.
